Welcome to Spa Bellezza Inc. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our spa, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Appointments & booking

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation for all clients regardless of gift certificate balance or service type.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and begin your experience on time.

Availability is limited. In order to schedule an appointment time and day of your choice, please call at least one or two weeks prior to insure no conflicts with availability.

If requesting a specific therapist (including female therapist preference) clients are highly encouraged to call the spa directly instead of booking online or sending an email to avoid any issues. Failure to communicate with staff during booking will not guarantee a requested therapist or female preference. If not communicated prior to appointment and client refuses appointment at time of service, or after 24 hours prior to appointment, they will be subject to a late cancellation fee to the card on file.

Our phone number does NOT accept text messages. It is highly encouraged to call when scheduling an appointment or to use our online booking system. If you encounter any issues upon booking online please directly call us. Voicemails left outside of business hours will be returned the following business day.

Clients are encouraged to call us directly if unsure of exact time of services. Emails are not as closely monitored as our phones are.

Emails and social media direct messages will not be accepted as a way of booking. Any questions can be addressed through an email although it is highly encouraged to directly call. Emailing requests for appointments does not reserve the spot you are requesting. All appointments are on a first-come basis and can only be reserved when time is booked with a valid credit card on file.

Our listed service times are inclusive or dress time and consultation. Additional time may be given for upgraded services and enhancements. You are not guaranteed the service time listed if you arrive past your scheduled time.

We accept Spa Week cards but we DO NOT accept Spa Finder cards.

Groupon services booked will require the groupon redemption code in advance as well as a credit card on file.

Groupons must disclose which services they choose upon day of booking.

Groupons are not valid for clients who have had a service within 365 days.

Please note that all medical aesthetic services will receive a separate intake form, terms & condition forms and cancellation policy that associated with our regular booking systems. Payment will also be separate from our Meevo booking system and Wix website. Payments for these services are at the discretion of the medical professional performing the services.
Gratuities

Many clients have asked what an appropriate gratuity should be. Usually 20% to 25% of the total full priced services performed and a little more for exceptional service. A suggested 20% will be mentioned at time of check out.

Please note all parties of 3 or more guests, any client with 2 or more services and all Spa Packages will be subject to a 20% gratuity service charge of the undiscounted services for each therapist. If you choose to leave a higher gratuity (which is always greatly appreciated for exceptional service) you may ask to change the amount at the time of check out.
Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments (please note there is a 48 hour cancellation for all spa packages, parties of 3 or more guests and any client that has 2 or more services in one day, makeup services and any in-home services/parties).

Late cancellations may incur a 50%–100% fee of the scheduled service to the card on file or loss of online deposit.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other clients' appointments.

Gift certificates may be forfeited for no-shows.

For third party service purchases or third party gift cards: late cancellations, no-shows or late arrival are subject to redemption of purchase.
Health and Medical Disclosures

A client profile will be presented to all clients prior to treatment.

For your benefit, please answer all appropriate questions as accurate as possible. This information is to prevent any treatment conflicts and to ensure a safe and comfortable visit for you.

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other relevant health concerns prior to receiving treatment.

All profiles are personal and confidential between you and our spa professional only.

We reserve the right to decline or modify services if we believe they may not be safe for your health or well-being.
Spa Etiquette

To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that all phones be silenced during your visit.

Children are only permitted in the spa during kid spa parties or specific approvals by the owner and must be supervised at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately or disrespectfully towards staff or other clients.

We are not responsible for any personal items- please note we do not have lockers, all items must be brought with you into treatment rooms. There are coat hooks and jewelry dishes if needed in the treatment rooms.
Gift Cards

Gift cards and pre-paid packages are non-refundable and valid for 9 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Gift cards are purchased as a dollar value and can not be purchased for specials or specific service types.
Service Modifications & Results

Results from skincare and body treatments may vary by individual. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

All services provided are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are non-medical unless otherwise specified.
Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is handled.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
