Cancellation and
Refund Policy

Cancellations & Deposits

We require a credit card to hold all appointments. 

 

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% late cancellation fee. (48 hours for select services - see terms and conditions) No-show appointments will incur a 100% fee charged to the card on file. Any applicable gift card balances or third party service purchases may be forfeited or redeemed at the discretion of management. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you and your appointment will be considered a late cancellation. No text messages will be delivered to our phone number. Cancellations must be made by phone call only (which includes directly speaking to a representative or leaving a voicemail with your full name, appointment time and date) or they may be seen as a no-show.

If requesting a specific therapist (including female therapist preference) clients are highly encouraged to call the spa directly instead of booking online to avoid any issues. Failure to communicate with staff during booking will not guarantee a requested therapist or female preference. If not communicated prior to appointment and client refuses appointment at time of service, or after 24 hours prior to appointment, they will be subject to a late cancellation fee.

 

In the event of a true and unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Client Profiles

A client profile will be presented to all clients prior to treatment. 

For your benefit, please answer all appropriate questions as accurate as possible. Some medications or injuries may have side effects with certain services, this information is to prevent any conflicts and ensure a safe and comfortable visit for you. All profiles are personal and confidential between you and our spa professional only.

All gift certificates and services are non-refundable. 

Product and boutique purchases returned within 30 days unopened with receipt can get credit towards other products or services. 

Questions or problems with the quality of service should be addressed immediately. Online deposits will go towards your end total but are non-refundable.

Availability is limited.  In order to schedule an appointment time and day of your choice, please call at least one or two weeks prior to insure no conflicts with availability. Our phone number does not accept text messages. It is highly encouraged to call when scheduling an appointment or to use our online booking system. If you encounter any issues upon booking online please directly call us.

A credit card number will always be required when scheduling appointments. (see cancellation policy for more information) Emails are not a form of booking, emailing requested dates does not guarantee that time will be reserved for you without booking the appointment via phone call or our online booking system.

Clients are encouraged to call us directly if unsure of exact time of services.

Our listed service times are inclusive or dress time and consultation. Additional time may be given for upgraded services and enhancements. You are not guaranteed the service time listed if you arrive past your scheduled time. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you get the most out of your visit. 

All referrals are appreciated.  When a new referral is noted and services are rendered we show appreciation with $10 in reward points redeemable toward any future service. Referral bonuses are only valid for new clients who write the first and last name of the person they were referred by on their intake form.

Many clients have asked what an appropriate gratuity should be. Usually 20% to 25% of the total full priced services performed and a little more for exceptional service. A suggested 20% will be mentioned at time of check out. 

 

Please note all parties of 3 or more guests, all clients with 2 or more services and all Spa Packages will be subject to a 20% gratuity service charge of the undiscounted services for each therapist. If you choose to leave a higher gratuity (which is always greatly appreciated for exceptional service) you may ask to change the amount at the time of check out.

Discounts are not valid with any other offers, sales or packages unless specifically noted by spa management.

** All medical aesthetic services will receive a separate intake form, terms & condition forms and cancellation policy that is not associated with our regular booking systems. Payment will also be separate from our Meevo booking system and Wix website. All payments and cancellation fees are in the discretion of the medical professional performing the services.**
